Since the outbreak of the Coronavirus, many companies have had to adapt and create new ways to continue trading and, in the case of Spanish real estate agents along the Costa Blanca, we are no different.

So, you may ask.... how to arrange a video viewing when buying in Spain  - Well, once you find a property on our website you are very interested in and would like more info, contact us in the normal way via phone, email or through the website.  We will first arrange a call (or email / WhatsApp) and answer any initial questions.  If you would like to proceed to a viewing (but are unable to travel) we can arrange a live (or pre-recorded) video tour of the property.

A live Video property viewing can be more beneficial as it gives a quick and easy way for a two-way chat and to ask & answer any questions you have whilst we view the property together.... it's just like being there.

A detailed question & answers session can occur after the video tour and a 2nd visit is also possible should you have any specific questions that need answering (or back-up photos to help answer a question).
