When Can I Visit Spain Again To Buy A Property

As many parts of Spain move into Phase 1 of the de-escalation process from the lock-down restrictions, people want to know when can I visit Spain again to buy a property and what options are currently available to me....?

As in many European countries; things are changing daily and this was the case again last week when the team at Zebra Homes real estate Guardamar received further updates from the local government.  With smaller shops now able to open in many areas; real estate agents Guardamar can return to work under strict guidelines whilst adhering to social distancing and rules regarding cleaning.  Many offices are only available by appointment and offices are encouraged to continue to work from home where possible and limit the number of staff in their office. Viewings can be done (by appointment) and both clients and staff must wear masks and respect the advice and rules when visiting a property.
