As we see positive progress in vaccinations across the world following the vaccine for covid-19, people are once again looking into travelling to Alicante from across Europe this summer to enjoy their summer holidays in Spain, along the Costa Blanca or to visit their holiday home in Spain.

Which airport is best to fly to the Costa Blanca?

Alicante Elche airport is the main airport servicing the Costa Blanca and is serviced by nearly 100 cities across Europe but we also have the option to fly to the new Murcia International airport (Corvera) .

With one of the best climates in Spain and being recognised by the WHO (World Health Organisation) to be one of the healthiest places to live, the Costa Blanca remains one of the most popular destinations for holidaymakers and property investors.

Travelling to Spain this summer?

Whilst the UK continues to vaccinate at an impressive rate, there is no confirmation as of yet of when travel can begin again (although, a date in May has been talked about, it remains speculation and we await clarification).

With flights very popular from Stockholm and Gothenburg in Sweden, from Oslo in Norway, Copenhagen in Denmark, Helsinki in Finland and Reykjavik in Iceland, we are already receiving messages from our many Scandinavian clients looking to visit Spain and buy property along the Costa Blanca.  With flights slowly starting to re-open from some of the Scandinavian countries, we hope to welcome many of our clients from Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland once again this summer.

Travel from each country can vary from country-to-country....  We had Dutch clients visiting last week from The Netherlands but clients from Germany may find it more difficult at this time whilst they roll-out their vaccine plans.
